The month of June is LGBTQ Pride Month throughout the country! The Rockford region is holding a variety of events to celebrate.

Mayoral Pride Month Proclamation

June 1, 2021
Mayor McNamara will be officially proclaiming LGBTQ Pride Month in Rockford for the first time in our city's history. The proclamation will celebrate the contributions of Rockford's LGBTQ community and commemorate the anniversary of the gay rights movements.
